Spotless and Green

Taking care our surroundings might look like a small action but the outcome of it makes a big difference. This photo blog is our process of showing how we manage our surroundings in our house that we practice daily.

This photo shows me sweeping waste at the front gate, which of course is the most vulnerable to garbage piling up since we're at a highway. We do this daily to prevent the hauling of trash-and of course we also sweep daily at our house.

We also pile our leftovers and put it in a bucket to collect it then if it is full we use it as watering and fertilizer for our small garden in the front. Not everytime the bucket is full, so of course we can't always water with it and plants needs watering daily.

So to take care of it we also water our plants with-of course water. Taking care of our plants is also part of protecting the environment it's what makes the environment beautiful and better to look at rather than seeing dying plants and rotting ones.

Everything that can hold garbage we use, like this basket-it has holes but we used a garbage bag as a support and the basket as the base and structure. We recycle everything that can hold garbage like plastic bags.

At the end of the day, keeping our surroundings clean is everyone’s responsibility. What I shared in this photo blog are just small steps, but they matter. If we all do our part—whether it’s joining a clean-up drive, recycling, or just being mindful about waste—we can make a big difference.
